Piriwal Street Extension & Renovation

Welcome to our Piriwal Street project, where we've turned a dated 80’s style house into a modern oasis with fresh interiors and stylish updates with an extension and renovation. 

We extended the home back into the yard to create a new master bedroom and patio, providing our clients with more livable interior and exterior space. We then opened up the interior of the home to create an open plan living, dining and kitchen. We also added weatherboard cladding and a new roof to modernize the home and give it a fresh look.

Our team worked alongside the talented architect and draftsman Boe Kraitzer Design to ensure perfect detail. This project had its challenges, particularly the re-levelling of the existing house, but we overcame them with ease and delivered an exceptional result.

The James Hardie Scyon Stria exterior cladding and Colorbond Deep Ocean roof add to the property's overall appeal. Our work has added value to the home and improved our client's quality of life.
