Caves Beach Rd Full Home Renovation

ASP Builders was tasked with completing a full home interior renovation and exterior extensions to the front and back within 3 months to transform this once neglected home into one of Caves Beach's most prominent beach house getaways.

Both levels of the home received new walls, flooring, appliances, fixtures and cabinetry to create the coastal escape it now is. Gold fixtures and interior claddings are a staple of this home and can be found throughout the home. New windows were installed throughout the house and the upstairs living windows were replaced with full-length bi-fold doors to maximise natural light and the ocean view. In addition to this, a front and rear deck was added to extend the outdoor living spaces for this lovely home in Caves Beach.
