A growing family, increased housing market and love where they live. These factors meant our clients required a much larger home that's modern and open to fit their growing needs.

ASP Builders was tasked with building a second story, new facade, large indoor and outdoor living spaces, more bedrooms and bathrooms all while the client wished to remain in the home to reduce relocation costs.

ASP Builders completed the second story addition first to allow the clients to remain at home. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living space were built upstairs, followed by the downstairs open plan kitchen, living and dining area. A new laundry and bathroom was added to the ground floor and the extension of the garage created an outdoor living space. The feature free-standing staircase connects both levels and the home is finished with Blackbutt timber flooring.

The two-story build and facade rendering was completed within 5 months, on budget and to our client's satisfaction.
